Our Needs Assessment and Referral Center is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week to respond promptly to calls or walk-in inquiries.
A free and confidential Needs Assessment may be scheduled at any time.
A counselor will help to identify presenting issues, and with a
physician consultation, match patient needs to appropriate care at
Prairie St. John's or with other community resources. We provide assistance in obtaining effective and accessible treatment
services, as well as consultations regarding financial options.
