Jo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides individual, family and group therapy for children and adolescents in Prairie St. John’s Partial Hospital Program Woodbury. She has over four years of experience working with patients on relationship, behavioral and/or psychiatric problems that they are experiencing. In the course of treatment, Jo uses a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Jo is a Twin Cities native. In addition to the great satisfaction she derives from her work at Prairie, she enjoys spending time with her family and participates in a variety of outdoor sports and activities.
